What to know before booking
Non-Refundable
All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable for cancellations and no-shows.
One-Time Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your session for any reason, you have one opportunity to rebook and transfer your payment to the new date/time. After this one-time allowance, you will need to pay full price in order to book.
Location
Sessions and office hours are by appointment only.
My office is located in the Northgate Center area:
1312 1/2 7th St NW, #203 - Rochester, MN 55901.As you enter the doors at the center of the building, go up the stairs to the right. My office is the second door on the left as you go down the hallway.
PLEASE NOTE: there is no elevator in my building, you must be able to go up a flight of stairs to get to my office. I do apologize for this inconvenience. If you have issues with mobility, please contact me prior to booking your session and we will make other arrangements.
